Registration fees
Registration fees will cover lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, the icebreaker party and congress materials.
On-site registration will be possible at higher rate.
All participants are required to register online and pay the appropriate Conference registration fee, which is compulsory for having their oral or poster presentation included in the final program.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, payments for the field trips and conference dinner will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by Email: conferences.ceimar@campusdelmar.com before 15 July 2023.
Cancellation fees are 50 % of the registration and 20 € for field trips and conference dinner.
Cancellations after 15 July 2023 are not eligible for the refund..
